04WhatsApp & email communications
The platform can send automated follow-ups, quotation and milestone updates and reminders over WhatsApp and email. These messages are sent on your behalf, based on the rules you configure and the contact details you provide for your customers. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis and any necessary consent to contact those recipients. Recipients can opt out of non-essential messages at any time, and we honour opt-out requests.
05How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:
Service providers who help us run the Services (for example hosting, messaging, email and analytics providers), under contracts that require them to protect it;
Professional advisers, and authorities or regulators where required by law;
